"excellent Nurse"

I had the misfortune of needing to use the out of hours service at the weekend. The nurse I saw was exceptional in their care and knowledge and ensured I received the right treatment, and what I should do if things worsened. I wasn't rushed as we so often feel at the GP surgery. I actually felt they cared which is a rarity these days. With the pressure on the NHS it is no wonder that Drs and nurses can seem aloof and uncaring, but thankfully my experience this time was excellent.
