From the start my experience of New Milton Community Mental Health Team at Waterford House was exceptional.

I found the ambience of Waterford house to be calm and relaxing, it is also well decorated and clean.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful and put me at ease.

My Psychiatrist is the best I have ever seen, was empathetic and totally understood what I go through mentally. My Psychiatrist gave sound advice which was extremely helpful and listened intently, and made a correct diagnosis, which has helped me to understand why I feel the way I do and how I can help myself in changing my thought process.

I can honestly say I am feeling so much better now because of my psychiatrist and the New Milton Community Mental Health Team.

My partner has also seen psychiatrists at Waterford House. His life changed for the better when his psychiatrist referred him to a more specialist clinic for what they thought his problem might be. The diagnosis he received led him to better understand his life and thoughts. If it were not for the referral from Waterford House and their expertise, my partner would have continued to lead a very frustrating life. I cannot thank them enough.
