I went to Chase Farm Urgent Care Centre after falling over, to make sure my nose wasn't broken. The wait to see a nurse was about what I expected. The nurse was really lovely. Their manner was friendly, upbeat and soothing. It put me at ease after the shock of having fallen over. They checked my face thoroughly and gave me clear information about what to do in the coming days. The nurse took time with me whilst making sure I left in time to get to another appointment. I couldn't have asked for better care.
