"Just terrible.... Setting NHS standard...."

Went to the so called ' drop in centre' to be told that I have to book an appointment. I told them I needed testing for HIV and was symptomatic. They told me to wait 5 minutes and then told me the nearest slot was in 2 days. They didn't even offer me prep or pep. Just terrible.
