"General Observations"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Having spent the last 5 months attending the Physio and Occupational Depts of which I have no complaints, I would like to comment on the appalling conditions of the toilet facilities. Considering the number of people that use the toilets they appear to be only cleaned twice a day. On a frequent there were no hand towels, the soap dispensers were empty on a regular basis, quite often no loo paper and generally shabby. The outside spiral staircase - full of cigarette butts, dirty, lots of bottles, litter, dingy, needs re-painting.

Thanks for taking the time get in touch. Your comments about poor standards of cleanliness of the Physio and Occupational Department toilets are noted and have been shared with relevant colleagues so we can make the required improvements.

Kind Regards,

Paula Charlton, Soft FM Performance & Quality Assurance.
