"Parking at the hospital"

About: Tameside General Hospital

(as a relative),

My parents had to visit the hospital today. Unfortunately at this time they are unable to use their blue badge for parking. Just recently having been assessed. Awaiting a renewed parking permit. Both O. A. P. `S and the owner of the vehicle in his 80`s and spend`s much of his time in a wheelchair. However on this day they had to pay to stay on what they have told me was car park B. Where upon they tried to pay at the appropriate station, they received a derogatory attitude from the person manning that station. They voiced their complaint to the individual, who denied what they'd said, leaving them feeling that they could not take the matter further.
