"Pharmacy department"

The Pharmacy section of UCH is the most disorganised place have ever seen. Was told their was a waiting hour of about an hour . As am writing have been waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes without knowing when I will get called. There needs to be some form of coordination as to those whose ticket numbers have gone past and who serves them and does of us who don't have any other way to do it than to wait. It will also be a better option to have outpatient prescription done so we have a choice of getting it else where.
