"Why not write a review after being sat 40min..."

About: Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

It's now 55 min since we arrived and 45 min since our appt time. No one has been to apologise or update us on when, if ever, we will get seen. We are aware of the busy nature of the hospital department (early pregnancy) but at least make us aware of the ridiculous time we are going to be waiting. Although this extra time allows us to fill out reviews of the invisibility of staff and pointlessness of appointment times. Will update when we get seen, unless we've given up and walk out.

I am so sorry to read how unhappy you were with the waiting times following your appointment in the Early Pregnancy Unit.

You have not stated what hospital your appointment was at, if you could the Trust’s Patient Experience Team on Freephone 0800 028 8059 or by e-mail: dbth.pals.dbh@nhs.net we will look into this matter on your behalf.
