What I liked
The staff/nurses/consultants were very professional at all times, we were kept informed of what was going to happen and spoken to with respect. We were very impressed with the way everything was handled from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The family room where we could go and have a cup of tea and watch telly is a very good idea and the first time that i personally have seen one, very relaxing in what can be a very stressful situation.

What could be improved
It is too hot in there. They could turn down the heating one or two degrees and save money.
