"No Communication"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Neurology

I was referred to ESH ophthalmology earlier in the year and saw someone in August. After seeing them it was decided I needed to see a specialist so was referred to neurology. Very quickly I received an appointment and was told by the locum I needed an urgent MRI and lumbar puncture due to swelling on my optic nerves. It has now been 3 weeks since my MRI, 5 weeks since I saw the locum, there has been no communication since I saw them. I have had no results in regards to the MRI nor a letter or a call to discuss further treatment. I have tried to contact the department directly and via others with no success. My treatment by ophthalmology was brilliant but so far with neurology I feel disappointed.
