"Physiotherapy"

They never answer the phone, nor do they ever call you back. had a physio appt that they cancelled as the student doctor left, but informed me that i had not shown up and would have to get a new referral to go back! called them and told them that my Doctor dealing with my knee surgery was not happy about this and wanted the name of their manager.. received a call back saying there had been a mix up and gave me an appointment. I then went for my 2nd appt and was told that my new physiotherapist is going away for 2 weeks and will call when they return.. 4 weeks later I am still waiting for said phone call... left them a message which they haven't returned... Looks like just 2 physio appts is enough for a dislocated knee cap and torn ligaments... disgusted about being forgotten about...
