"Elderly father admitted with fluid on lungs and heart problems"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

My father was admitted to Russel Hall by ambulance. In years past we had visited Russells Hall and our experience was so poor we asked to be moved to Sandwell Hospital. This time around the difference was dramatically improved. The heart facilities, equipment, layout of the building and beds was fantastic. Very attentive nurses who always knew what was going on even when shifts changed and new nurses took over. I wouldn't wish a heart issue on anyone but if it happens then this is one of the better places to be.

Thank you for posting feedback about your father’s experience of Russells Hall Hospital. It is great to hear that you were so pleased with the care he received and that you found the nurses so attentive throughout his stay. We have passed your kind comments onto the team and would like to wish your father all the best with his recovery.
