About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was referred to William Harvey ENT 5 months ago. I had an initial appointment that I felt was completely pointless because they asked the same things my GP had. I was then referred for an MRI and a hearing test. I had these a month later and was told I would have to wait up to 4 weeks for the results. Over 11 weeks later I'm still waiting. My symptoms keep getting worse and I can't get through to talk to anyone. Every time I call the department it just hangs up on me.

I am really sorry to learn about this and it must be a great cause for anxiety that you feel no further forward and that your symptoms are getting worse.
