"I am not over my issues yet, but having the support network of six degrees is helping me"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I have recently been attending sessions at Six Degrees upon the referral from my GP. I had been having issues with anxiety and worry since being made redundant and losing my job. This made me become much more anxious and my OCD went a little bit crazy, such as counting how many times the door had been locked and also the overwashing of my hands. I always had a little OCD but I noticed this had become a major issue and I went to the doctors about it and then Six Degrees came into my life and my practitioner who I enjoy meeting in our sessions and feedbacking my mental thoughts in terms of processes and techniques to help.

I am not over any of my issues just yet but having the support network of my practitioner and Six Degrees is helping me.
