"Treatment after a fall"

About: Worthing Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was taken by Ambulance with two staff members, one a Paramedic , who booked me in on arrival. I was treated with the upmost care and dignity. The A&E Department was quite busy but every one explained just what was happening and why. The care was exceptional.

Thank you very much for your lovely post. We were sorry to read that you had a fall but pleased that you were so happy with your care.

The A&E department can be extremely busy and the staff sometimes do work under pressure.

Therefore it is so good when we read comments like yours and we will be delighted to share this with the team.
