"Shoulder Surgery - Day Clinic"

Would highly recommend this Hospital after my experience there for minor Shoulder surgery. Arrived very early but Receptionist was cheerful and informative. Once shown to my 'pod', was visited by the Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nurse in turn, all reassuring and approachable. Any question was welcomed and not treated dismissively but answered fully and clearly. Headed for surgery and treated brilliantly due to 'needle phobia, the Anaesthetist's nurse was exceptional. After coming round and heading back to the pod, a much welcome cup of tea and a sandwich was produced. No sense of being rushed to leave but given time to feel comfortable, get all the relevant info from the surgeon, physio and nurse and collect medication on the way out. All completed within a morning. Recovery thus far has been rapid, confirming the excellent work done on the day.
