Trying to get an appointment nowadays is virtually impossible numerous times I ring exactly at opening times only to be told no appointments left and to ring back at 1 pm.
Today for example rung back at 1 pm finally get through after 8 mins waiting to be told all appointments had gone.
Very frustrating no wonder lots of patients have changed surgeries !
