I want to say special Thank You to the secretary of Dr Shanahan in the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, for her very efficient and considerate attitude in dealing with a requst to combine my two appointemnts on the same date, and thereby saving me an additonal long trip to London (as well as cost), when I am not feeling well.
I am extremel grateful.
I just wish that many other hospiatls use such sensible and helpful approach towards their patients.
