"horrible administration"

i have been visiting department for several years but in the last two years the admin is not providing service at all. after trying to obtain follow up appointment i spent 4 months chasing up and even outpations appointment service , who sent several emails requesting appointment, told me that opthalmology provides bad service. Otherwise the doctors and nurses are nice and waiting time (once you are in hospital) are not so bad.
