"Nurses said some one would come and take the stitches out but no one has called"

My husband came out of hospital almost two weeks ago after having major operation, l had to phone up two days later to get the district nurse to do clean my husbands wound, on the then the day after that the nurses said some one would be out on six days after he had come home to clean the wound, no one called it is now 12 days since he came home, the nurses said some one would come and take the stitches out but no one has called l am very disgusted as they took all his notes away and some belong to my husband
