(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Dentist and Nurse were very understanding about my daughter's anxiety issues. They managed to take an xray of her broken tooth.

I am pleased to hear that the Dentist and Dental Nurse were understanding of your daughters anxiety issues and were able to take an x ray of her broken tooth.
