What I liked

My close friend was admitted to ICU in Jan 2010 and sadly died 8 days later. During her time at Musgrove she was treated with the utmost care, compassion and dignity and I cannot praise the staff who cared for her enough. Thank you all for making her final days as comfortable and painfree as possible.

What could be improved
