About: Western Eye Hospital

Our experience today at the Western Eye Hospital was first class. My husband developed a painful eye and saw a foreign body he was anxious to have it attended to and reluctantly we went to the eye hospital.he was concerned about receiving substandard care and a long wait. At reception the service was prompt and proficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The triage was appropriate and the nurse was comforting.During the second evaluation the nurse was calming to my husband who was very nervous during the exam. The opthalmologist was efficient and di the evaluations with good explanations. The final diagnosis was a foreign body and we left with the reassurance that his vision was okay and that the source of the discomfort was removed. Our next stop was the pharmacy where we were served promptly Thanks to the staff for a job well done.
