"Appaling communication skills"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Respiratory medicine

I was fast tracked for a Cat scan on my lungs. Very worrying. Two weeks later, Nothing. It's always 20+ minutes on hold to get through the switchboard, then the secretary of the Doctor you need isn't there, so you leave a message, and they don't call you back. Again. And again. And again.
