After my father fell and broke his hip, he was originally taken to the QE A&E where he received very good care, he was then moved to a ward where the care was disgusting and a disgrace. Having been held there for 9 days with his injury not being dealt with but just being fed morphine which aggravated his dementia he was moved to ROH for surgery. Once he arrived at the ROH the level of care he received was escalated to a level of excellence. The doctors, the nursing staff, and the HCA's of ward 12 are all second to none. My sister and I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention awarded to our father and us alike. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
