"Accident and Emergency"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I went into A&E due to my health condition irregular heart beats.

I was concerned that it may take a toll over my health.

I was seen after about 35 mins for the EEG.

A consultant came to view the results and talk to me.

They were so inconsiderate and was more like saying don't waste my time.

It made me feel belittled.

They had no consideration at all.i then had to wait 4 hours for feedback of the blood results and dr report.

They showed no consideration at all when I asked if my report came threw.

It was horrible.

Very abrupt and unconsiderate.

I thought professional people had empathy in a place were sick go.

But not in May Day
