In my first consultation I felt quite rushed and a little confused. However, I appreciate the surgeon knows exactly what they are on about. Pall the staff, nurses, anethesist, person doing MRI, surgeon and even the person who bought me a drink and a lush egg sandwich after op.
They were all kind and made sure you understood what was going to happen and didn't rush you with anything
"felt like I was treated with upmost respect and..."
