"You are all stars"

I was fitted for bi-lateral Bone Anchored Hearing aids (BAHAs) yesterday in Raigmore's audiology department. These are the latest in the new generation of BAHAs that are a huge step up in terms of quality and technology giving a very severely hearing impaired person like me a richness and depth of hearing that I could not even have dreamt of before.

My audiologist is an immensely significant person in my life. Through her careful, patient and hugely committed treatment over many years I have been able to embrace life with more confidence and a better perspective. To her and to the entire audiology department in Raigmore I say thank you. You are all wonderful. You are all stars.
