My audiologist has been amazing. I've had different audiologists in the past but none of them helped me me and supported me like they have.

the audiologist would take my opinions seriously and sought not just to listen but to understand and help to the best of their ability. If there was something the audiologist didn't know they would not pretend to know it but admitted it and then they found out all about it, liaising with consultants from the relevant company, and then sorting me out with what they found out.The audiologist is always keen to think of ways to help me with my hearing issues but is also personable and friendly. I trust the audiologist enough to challenge me on my hearing needs and am glad to have such a professional, knowledgeable and supportive audiologist.
