As a family, we have used the Walk In Centre a lot over the past year, with a faultless experience every time. Today, we visiting Minor Injuries Unit and saw nurse practitioner ... amazing person! Thanks for helping with my son's infected finger, you dealt with it very professionally, talking us through what will do, distracting us from the procedure and reassuring us afterwards, explaining what we need to look out for and what to expect with the infectious finger afterwards.
