"Fantastically caring and reassuring"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I took my son into A&E on Sunday afternoon after he had come off his scooter and landed on his face.

He was in quite a bad way, and we were both concerned and a little shaken.

We were taken through to triage almost immediately, and there we were seen by a fantastic nurse who could not have been more caring and reassuring.

The nurse found us a room so that my son could get some sleep after he had been triaged, and the nuse made the 3 hour wait much more comfortable for us both.

Many thanks
