After a really bad experience with an endoscopy in different hospital many years previously. I was fearfully apprehensive and stupidly worrying about a Colonoscopy and with also suffering from a trauma and PTSD . I feared being very anxious and that I wouldn't be the vanguard unit staffs best patient? but After explaining my worries to the nurse who took their time to listen and explain things they and the team took their very busy, time to set me at ease and to understand and listen even though I may of made them a little late with their schedule and although they have done the procedure many times before and it may of been tedious to them. they did the most wonderful job of making me more relaxed and at ease by doing so. Thankyou everyone.and it may be a little thankyou just from me in the grand scale of things? But it made the biggest difference to one person.(just like in the starfish story? Google it) ? best wishes to you all
