I was sent a letter for a appointment. Which I was misplaced by my wife. I rang the day of the appointment to ask what time my appointment was. Was told that on Saturday they don't run neurology clinic and they can't help me. This was the contact number given on the website. I rang today and was greatest by a rude and obnoxious staff member who said it was my fault I had missed the appointment. Then said it was the fault of Northern general hospital. Kept on saying it was my fault and how they would have done it a better way and when I asked for their name they cut the phone line telling me they have dealt with my call.
