I cannot see the point of sending out letters to patients requesting that they make an appointment for a blood pressure check and when they make an appointment leaving them waiting for 20 minutes beyond the appointment time.
If you didn't have high blood pressure beforehand you will after being kept waiting for an unacceptable length of time!
