My relative was being quizzed by the receptionist as to why an appointment with GP is needed and being told that he was only here a few months back.

Dear dissatisfied relative

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. I am sorry to read about what happened when your relative was trying to make an appointment with his GP.

As GPs are responsible for their own appointment systems, I advise that you raise this with the Practice Manager, who will be able to help.
