"Long waits for antenatal clinic"

I attend St Mary's hospital in Manchester for my antenatal care. The hospital is brand new. But on every occasion I have had to wait for my appointment for over an hour. This is extremely frustating as the appointment itself lasts only 20 minutes.

The new hospital has a sun roof and its very hot in the waiting area with the sun shinning right above you. The receptionist have a nice sun shade but the patients have to wait 'under the sun'.

I am really disappointed wit the service they are providing. Even once I am taken to the clinic room by the healthcare assistant- I am left waiting in the room for 10 minutes before the midwife arrives. The last time I was asked to use a toilet with water on the floor to give a urine sample. When I refused I was told thats 'its only a leaky tap'.
