"Outstanding care on the premises but poor..."

I was in for 1 day for a tendon repair to my ankle. The operation itself, and the care i received there was outstanding. Unfortunately gross administration mistakes after discharge, meant i was unable to get the neccesary medication afterwards, and a lot of time was spent with my husband trying to rectify things. Apparently, it all depends on a fax nobody bothered to send. As I write this is still ongoing.
