"Conley Centre Parking"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

The Parkin facilities are extremely poor Considering that all patients are undergoing cancer treatment- the stress you suffer trying to park is unforgivable. This should be addressed The barriers should not open if the car park is full An overflow car park would be an alternative even if it meant walking a short distance Absolutely disgraceful

Dear Heather

We are very sorry to hear about your difficulties in parking at the hospital. There is an overflow car park but it does involve a walk to the Colney Centre and we can understand why patients would want to park nearer to the unit. We will pass on your feedback to our facilities department. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service in the first instance.

Kind regards

Janice Bradfield
