"Horsted Keynes Ward is the best!"

This was my 3rd operation at Princess Royal Hospital in under a year and it was,by far, the best for everything, compared with my stays on two other wards.

From my Surgeon and Anaesthetist and their teams, to the Staff Nurse & the HCA`s, the care I received was excellent. The atmosphere was calm & kind and the smoothness and efficiency of all care was outstanding. Also the aftercare phone-calls give the patient the feeling of security again something I have not had before. This ward is run so very well - teamwork and putting the patients first with such dignity is something that other wards should emulate and I suggest that Horsted Keynes should be used as a template for all that is good about the NHS.
