"Unable to get follow up appointment, have given up"

I was told I had Scoliosis after having x-ray following long wait to see specialist. I had my back injected and after that was done Dr said they would see me in 7weeks that was I think early 2015 since then I have had to call back. I have telephoned numerous times to his secretary and was told they would be in touch since then no word I was so fed up with their reply I stopped calling. Whether there was a mix up even my Dr said they had no word of being called back. Since then I have had my breast removed and now being tested for skin cancer. I feel let down by whoever is responsible in no call back.
