A new system came into use today! ! I tried the number sent out in the post 03003000100 don't bother it just cuts you off automatically. I tried another number 01623785208 engaged all the time and a last chance a direct number but that just rings and rings.

I had thought, get in early and book weeks ahead but nothing. The last time I contacted the old service I was just told there were not any appointments.

Please accept my sincerest apology for your experience with our service. unfortanately the phones have been overwhelmed and we are working to resolve this issue. The service is texting new numbers out to patients. Patients that do not have access to a mobile phone will receive a letter with the updated information.
