We moved from the ripley health visiting team 5 months ago and haven't seen or heard anything from the alfreton health visiting team.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience since moving from Ripley to Alfreton and I have raised your concerns with the Health Visiting team at Alfreton Primary Care Centre and they would be most grateful if you could call them 01773 546844 to arrange a visit
