"Excellant treatment"

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful which was a great comfort as I was very nervous about my procedure not having it before. the whole unit was very clean and the staff were very busy but still had time to check that I was ok while waiting for my procedure. Everything that was going to happen was explained to me fully and clearly and once I was taken for my procedure I felt more relaxed as everybody was very attentive and friendly. I would like to thank everybody in the unit for first class treatment, personal and clinical that I received. The unit that I visited is not listed below but it was the Endoscopy unit in the Elmstead day unit.
