"Fantastic nurse, rude receptionist."

My husband was advised by NHS 111 to attend The Cottage Hospital after 4 days with sickness and diarrhoea. The receptionist made it quiet clear that they didn't approve of him being there, and suggested his illness needed time to go without medical help. However, he was seen quickly by a kind and professional nurse who advised him to attend an A and E department, which he did, where he was put on a drip to treat dehydration.
