What I liked

Staff of all levels treat me with respect and put me at ease - at a time when most of us feel at their most vulnerable. They were approachable, pleasant and reassuring and I am very grateful for their care and attention.

What could be improved

From a patient care point of view I can think of no areas for improvement.

Anything else?

I would like to extend my thanks to all of the staff involved during my recent stay.
