(as the patient),

Just want to thank all the staff at Heartlands hospital who took care of me on Friday night after I was taken in by paramedics.

They were so reassuring and made my unplanned visit very manageable. They made me feel very safe and I'm just very grateful for all their care and attention: )

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your patient experience in our Accident and Emergency Department at Heartlands Hospital.

I will be thrilled to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Matron for our Emergency Department as well as the Clinical Director for ED who will be delighted to communicate your feedback to all of the Emergency Team who work very hard to provide quality care and treatment to our patients, often in difficult circumstances and under great pressures.
