What I liked

I would like to say how impressed I was with my short stay the University Hospital in Durham. I was admitted to 'Clinical Admissions Ward' first, where I stayed for around 24 hours later being moved to 'Ward 14' where I was allowed home shortly after.

I found the staff absolutely fantastic, they could not do enough to help me which I very much appreciated. They were not just so professional in the way they carried out their duties but very happy and welcoming all at the same time, nothing seemed to be a bother, everyone was happy to give more than was required, thank you very very much. The level of care and attention I believe was excellent.

The hospital overall is lovely, very clean and well maintained.

Being poorly is never nice, but to be treated by the people I was and in the facility I was made it all so much better. I am home now after only 2 days making a very good recovery and just felt compelled to write some kind of feedback on such a positive experience.

What could be improved

Car parking was slightly annoying, since I did not have enough coins to cover it. Would be good if the parking metres had the ability to take card payments.
