About: Charing Cross Hospital / Neurosurgery

Slapdash, unwilling to offer help or show empathy, and extraordinarily rude when this is pointed out...not a good experience trying to deal with them when you're reasonably robust/an absolute nightmare, I should think, if you're in any sense fragile or unassertive.

The staff need retraining or terminating as they appear only to take up space and perform no useful function...
