"Endoscopy unit , Queen Margaret hospital"

Thank you for your positive comments following your experince in Queen Margaret Hospital recently. The team were delighted to receive your feedback.

Ms A Wilson, General Manager got back to me with the following comments -

"Queen Margaret Hospital has seen significant development over the last few years, with new Endoscopy, Urology, Day Surgery and Clinical Intervention units opened providing a Fife-wide service.

New facilities have also been developed for Child Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, Paediatric Audiology and Dental services.

The Carnegie Unit, which provides a dedicated space for a host of community and primary care services including Podiatry, Dietetics, Psychology, Diabetes and Speech and Language Therapy, has also recently opened.

In addition, we have redesigned our reception area to make it more welcoming and undertaken external works to improve car parking including the creation of short stay and parent and child spaces along with more disabled parking".

I hope this is helpful in assuring you of the on going commitment to fully utilise the Queen Margaret Hospital.
