About: South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

Called up 111 and spoke to a lovely lady. She was so polite. She took some details and said a doctor would be in touch.

Then I got a call back from a very rude member of the team. They dismissed my case saying I had a sore throat and it was no big deal.

Then they were very awkward in the way they were questioning and they were very abrupt and very rude. It's the last thing you want as an unwell patient. It was a horrible experience.
